Truly thank you for everything you and Brenda have done for us. We never thought we'd ever be able to buy a home and always be in the rent race. It's a depressing and hopeless feeling. You truly have no idea how much this means to us.
We've had to move so many times, and never felt like we were ever "home", because we weren't. We always knew we had to move when our lease is up. We were always restricted by our landlords, even if we wanted to paint our daughter's room or have a small garden. This move was different and surreal for us. "I love how fast the team pulled everything together. I was told I would get some of my money back on the appraisal, I asked and never heard back about that. Also it was very hard to learn what my mortgage will be every month, I feel this is something that should be put on the table from the start. I had to ask several times and by the time I found out we were kind of at the end of the process and if this was something that was too much for me it was too late. As a first time homebuyer I had no clue what was ahead and I feel there should have been more of a schedule or lay out to keep the buyer prepared and informed. I do feel Rick was professional and appreciate support from Brenda, it was a tough process but we got through it."
