"Rick was undoubtedly the driving force behind my recent home purchase from one state to another. Back in July my rental lease was set to expire in September and I was so over paying the never ending increasing costs to rent. So I started skimming mortgage lenders, came across Rick’s company, started filling out the application and decided not to finish it.
