"Don't even know where to start we have been in the process for a few years now getting credit where it needs to be, having a bankruptcy a few years back buying a home seemed almost impossible. I found rick on Facebook and was very skeptical at first but once I talked to him I knew he knew his stuff. "Everything was good, but at times we felt like we were being an inconvenience with questions. Then we were not told the exact cash to close until the day before closing, which put us in a bind. We ended up finding out the cash to close by the Title Company. Overall, our experience was good, I just think the communication could be a little better for first time home buyers."
