"I love how fast the team pulled everything together. I was told I would get some of my money back on the appraisal, I asked and never heard back about that. Also it was very hard to learn what my mortgage will be every month, I feel this is something that should be put on the table from the start. I had to ask several times and by the time I found out we were kind of at the end of the process and if this was something that was too much for me it was too late. As a first time homebuyer I had no clue what was ahead and I feel there should have been more of a schedule or lay out to keep the buyer prepared and informed. I do feel Rick was professional and appreciate support from Brenda, it was a tough process but we got through it."
